Discoloration caused by cushions and/or clothing fabrics is not a defect of the upholstery material. Color and texture variations are typical of the product and do not justify complaints. The combination of pressure, heat, and/or moisture can cause more or less significant pile displacement (pressure marks). This phenomenon, known as seat gloss or usage sheen, is a typical characteristic of the fabric and does not represent a reduction in quality.
